How many revisions do I get?
As many revisions as needed. You can send a piece back ten times. It doesn't cost you more, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
What counts as a revision?
Any change to the piece you ordered — words, colours, photos, layout, size. A brand-new piece is a new order.
How fast will I get the first version?
2–3 business days for a graphic, 2–3 for 30 posts, 4–5 for a website. Revisions usually come back within 2–5 business days.
What do you need from me?
What the piece is for, and anything you have: logo, photos, colours, the offer. If you have nothing, we start from your business name and go from there.
Do I own the files?
Yes. You get the final files and they're yours to use anywhere.
Can I get more than 30 posts?
Yes. Order another 30 for $100, or add single posts at $50 each.
Do you post for me?
We can. Ask about posting and management when you order.
What about hosting for the website?
Hosting isn't included. You bring your own host — GoDaddy or similar — and we set the site up on it.
